Online Appointments system for Students / Student Agents only. Please click on the Student Appointments to make an appointment.

Effective 5th March 2008 we have introduced the online appointment system for Students and Student Agents.

Kindly make prior bookings for submissions.

Individual Students are advised to arrive at the time of appointment and not more than 5-10 minutes late. A student agent should arrive at the time of appointment, however the student group will arrive between 30-60 minutes later depending on the group size. The agent should co-ordinate with us the time of arrival of individual applicants. This is to ensure there is no crowding inside and outside the Visa Application Centre. Due to space constraints we will not be able to accommodate any accompanying family members or friends except for minors.

On your arrival please produce a printout of the appointment letter for each individual applicant.

Welcome to the homepage of the United Kingdom Visa Application Centre's website.

This site is designed to offer advise and guidance on the visa process and enable visa applicants to check the progress of their application on-line.

Visa Application Centres were established in conjunction with the British Embassy during early 2005. There is now a network of 12 offices across China offering a range of services designed to make the visa application procedure simple, accessible and more convenient for visa applicants within China.

The established network of our Visa Application Centres perform a number of routine administrative tasks on behalf of the British Embassy, but have no involvement in the visa decision-making process. The range of tasks performed include receipt and preparation of applications, fee collection, data input and delivery/return to/from from the relevant Embassy or Consulate. We also run an appointments schedule and offer advice and guidance through a dedicated telephone and e-mail facility.

UK Visa Application Centre ( UKVAC ) offers a gamut of services aimed at making the visa application procedure simple , accessible and hassle free for the applicant and giving the diplomatic mission a more professional image.
